ACTUR
ACTUR is an investment and development platform for low-density residential and hotel projects with a sustainable approach, co-founded by the partners of BRC. Its principal shareholders are pension funds, development banks and renowned investment funds. Its primary focus and main advantages are:

ACTUR owns and develops the Xala project, in Costalegre, Jalisco. Additionally, it has a stake in a section of the residential development of One & Only branded villas in Mandarina.
The Mandarina project was conceived and developed in its first phase by ACTUR, including, among others, the acquisition of the land, permitting, the design of the master plan, and the anchor hotels One & Only and Rosewood.
In 2015, ACTUR created and listed RLH Properties in the Mexican Stock Exchange. RLH is a leading company in the hotel and tourism sector in Mexico and Spain, which owns some well-known assets such as the Hotel Villamagna in Madrid, the Hotel Four Seasons Ciudad de México, the One & Only Mandarina, the Rosewood Hotel, the Fairmont Banyan Tree and the Andaz hotels in Mayakoba.
In 2018, ACTUR contributed the Mandarina project to RLH Properties. In March 2020, ACTUR sold its stake in RLH Properties.

ACTUR Projects
Xala
Xala, a place where people and nature coexist in harmony, it is a new development with a clear inspiration from Mexican culture whose mission is to achieve a self-sustaining and environmentally friendly position.
Located south of Puerto Vallarta, in the Costalegre region within the State of Jalisco. Xala is a project consisting of 1,200 hectares of agricultural fields, more than 8 km of white beaches and two imposing estuaries classified as Ramsar sites for their environmental importance.
Xala will have six boutique hotels, ranches overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a plaza, and a turtle nesting camp, among other components.
This project will be launched next year and will feature the participation of internationally renowned personalities.

Mandarina

This exclusive development is distributed along 4 kilometers of cliffs and 1.5 kilometers of soft sandy beaches, where residents enjoy an unbeatable environment.
The Mandarina project was conceived and developed in its first phase by ACTUR and subsequently RLH Properties.
In December 2019, Actur signed the sale of its stake in RLH Properties, which was successfully completed in March 2020.
Currently ACTUR owns a section of the residential development of the One&Only Private Homes in Mandarina.
