Irene Palomo Finance

Irene has more than 10 years of experience as head of the financial auditing and controlling team in important consulting firms within the financial and renewable energy sectors such as Deloitte and Vector Cuatro, respectively.

As team leader at Deloitte, Irene participated in the audit of Funds and Investment and Venture Capital Companies, Management Companies of Collective Investment Institutions and Companies and Securities Agencies of the main Spanish financial groups, such as BBVA and Banco Santander.

During her time at Vector Cuatro, Irene was responsible for the financial management of the photovoltaic and wind projects of the international portfolio (France, Bulgaria, Portugal and the United Kingdom), mainly in charge of the review of financial statements and annual accounts, as well as the coordination of the corresponding audit processes.

Irene has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a master’s degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School. She speaks Spanish and English.
